Toblerone Swiss Fondue

Ingredients
¾ cup whipping cream 3 tablespoons honey 6 - 3.52 ounce bars Toblerone chocolate, chopped ¼ teaspoon almond extract Assorted fresh fruit Crisp Ladyfingers Almond biscotti Bite-size pieces of angel food cake
Directions
Bring cream and honey to simmer in heavy medium saucepan over low heat. Gradually add chocolate, letting each addition melt before adding more. Remove from heat. Whisk almond extract. Transfer fondue to a fondue pot and serve over a low flame. Regulate the heat, if possible, to keep the fondue warm, but not hot. If it begins to boil, turn off the heat. Serve with skewers.
NOTES: Fruit suggestions: whole strawberries, 1-inch-thick slices peeled banana, peeled pear wedges and orange or tangerine segments, dried apricots, dried or fresh figs.
