Snow-Capped Frankfurters

Ingredients
3 cups mashed potatoes Salt and pepper 1 pound hot dogs (8-10) 1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Pre-cook hot dogs in water. Split the hot dogs in half, lengthwise, but not quite all the way through. The two halves should still be connected. Spread the halves open and fill with mashed potato. Top with the shredded cheese and bake at 350° for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the mashed potatoes are hot.
