Smoked Paprika Salmon

Ingredients
1 whole salmon fillet (3 pounds) or 6-8 salmon steaks 1-2 teaspoons Smoked paprika 1 teaspoon Kosher salt 1-2 teaspoons Oregano Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Soak Cedar plank in water for at least 30 minutes. Shake seasonings evenly over salmon on both sides to desired tastes. Heat grill to medium high, 400-450°F. Place the salmon (skin side down if it has skin), on the plank. Close the lid and grill until the salmon is cooked through, 8-10 minutes. Serves 6-8.
