Waldorf Salad


Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 3 cups diced Granny Smith and Braeburn apple
  • 6 tablespoons raisins
  • 3 tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Combine yogurt and remaining ingredients, stirring well with a whisk.
  3. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss well.
  4. Cover and chill 2 hours.
