Waldorf Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 3 cups diced Granny Smith and Braeburn apple
- 6 tablespoons raisins
- 3 tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts
- 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Combine the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Combine yogurt and remaining ingredients, stirring well with a whisk.
- Pour over cabbage mixture; toss well.
- Cover and chill 2 hours.
