Snow Capped Frankfurters
Ingredients
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pound hot dogs (8-10)
- 1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Pre-cook hot dogs in water.
- Split the hot dogs in half, lengthwise, but not quite all the way through. The two halves should still be connected.
- Spread the halves open and fill with mashed potato.
- Top with the shredded cheese and bake at 350° for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the mashed potatoes are hot.
