Smoked Paprika Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 whole salmon fillet (3 pounds) or 6-8 salmon steaks
- 1-2 teaspoons Smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1-2 teaspoons Oregano
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Soak Cedar plank in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Shake seasonings evenly over salmon on both sides to desired tastes.
- Heat grill to medium high, 400-400-450°F.
- Place the salmon (skin side down if it has skin), on the plank.
- Close the lid and grill until the salmon is cooked through, 8-10 minutes.
- Serves 6-8.
