Rasband Fudge


Ingredients

  • 1-10 ounce package milk chocolate bar cut in small pieces
  • 1-10 ounce package small marshmallows
  • 1 large package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
  • 4 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ pound butter

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine milk chocolate, marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts.
  2. In a sauce pan, combine sugar, milk and salt.
  3. Stir constantly and bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Add ¼ pound butter, stir well.
  5. Pour over other ingredients.
  6. Quickly stir until all is melted.
  7. Pour into baking sheet and smooth out until even.
  8. Chill and then cut into squares.
