Rasband Fudge
Ingredients
- 1-10 ounce package milk chocolate bar cut in small pieces
- 1-10 ounce package small marshmallows
- 1 large package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ pound butter
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine milk chocolate, marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts.
- In a sauce pan, combine sugar, milk and salt.
- Stir constantly and bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
- Add ¼ pound butter, stir well.
- Pour over other ingredients.
- Quickly stir until all is melted.
- Pour into baking sheet and smooth out until even.
- Chill and then cut into squares.
