Peanut Butter Chocolate Crispies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 cups crisp rice cereal
  • ½ cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup Butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the corn syrup and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  2. Cook and stir for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from the heat; stir in peanut butter until melted and blended.
  4. Stir in vanilla.
  5. Fold in the cereal, marshmallows and chips; stir until blended.
  6. Transfer to a greased 8-in. square dish.
  7. Cool; cut into squares.
