Kimberly's Lemon Bars
Ingredients
- For the Crust:
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- For the Custard:
- 4 eggs well beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- ¼-⅓ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- Mix butter, flour and powdered sugar. Press firmly into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake exactly 15 minutes at 350°F. (Crust will not brown)
- Combine other ingredients and beat well. Pour over crust (let crust cool slightly first.)
- Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
