Rasband Fudge

Prep: 15 minutes Cook: 1 hour Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

1-10 ounce package milk chocolate bar cut in small pieces 1-10 ounce package small marshmallows 1 large package semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 cups chopped nuts (optional) 4 11/2 cups sugar 1 can evaporated milk ½ teaspoon salt ¼ pound butter

Directions

In a large bowl, combine milk chocolate, marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts. In a sauce pan, combine sugar, milk and salt. Stir constantly and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Add ¼ pound butter, stir well. Pour over other ingredients. Quickly stir until all is melted. Pour into baking sheet and smooth out until even. Chill and then cut into squares.
