Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
¾ cup dry roasted peanuts ¾ cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon. Brown sugar 1 tablespoon lime juice ¼ tsp red curry paste 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened.
