Oven-Puffed Pancake

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup milk ¼ cup granulated sugar ¼-½ teaspoon salt 3 large eggs 2 tablespoon butter Powdered sugar(optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients (flour through egg); stir until moist. Melt butter in the oven in a 9 X 13 inch pan. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 425° for 15-18 minutes or until golden and sides are “puffed.” Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. Cut into quarters; serve immediately with fresh fruit, maple syrup and/or jam.
