Kimberly's Lemon Bars

Prep: 15 minutes Cook: 40 minutes Servings: 8-10

Ingredients

For the Crust: 1 cup butter 2 cups flour ½ cup powdered sugar

For the Custard: 4 eggs well beaten 2 cups sugar ¼-⅓ cup lemon juice ½ cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions

Mix butter, flour and powdered sugar. Press firmly into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake exactly 15 minutes at 350°F. (Crust will not brown) Combine other ingredients and beat well. Pour over crust (let crust cool slightly first.) Bake 25 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
