Chinese Char Sil Roast Pork

Ingredients
½ cup hoisin sauce ½ cup ketchup ¼ cup packed brown sugar ¼ cup dry sherry ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce 2 tablespoons honey 2 teaspoons minced green onions 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil 4 garlic cloves, minced 2 pounds boneless Boston butt pork roast
Directions
Combine first 9 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Trim pork and cut into (2-inch) cubes. Add pork to bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator 24 hours, turning bag occasionally. Remove pork from bag, reserving marinade. Cook meat in marinade in Dutch oven. Add 1-1 ½ cups water to marinade. Cook at 300 for 2-2 1/2 hours. Preheat broiler. Broil pork 5 minutes or until browned. Serve on bread.
