Beef Stroganoff I

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1-2 cups sliced mushrooms, optional
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken condensed soup
- 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
Directions
- In a large frying pan, brown ground beef with onion.
- Add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are tender.
- Stir in can of soup and mix thoroughly; add sour cream and heat until hot, but do not boil.
- Serve over hot rice or egg noodles.
